Stayed at Crowne Plaza in Digital City—perfect for business trips, but also a great option if you’re looking for a quiet area with easy access to tourist spots like Diriyah and Boulevard. The hotel is spacious, well-maintained, and has incredibly helpful staff. Rooms are large, room service is prompt, and breakfast had ample vegetarian options with great coffee. I especially loved that the rooms had little Biscoff bars as part of the coffee setup—such a nice touch! Special thanks to Momin from room service, G. from housekeeping, Lal Chand at concierge, and the always-friendly reception team. Highly recommend!

Its the best hotel in Riyadh. There is no question about that. Everything was perfect, and especially the check-in process and Khattab. I have travelled to many hotels across the world, and I believe Khattab is one of the best people at check-in I have ever dealt, smooth check-in, very quick, very high and professional standards, and kind. Saudi talent like him is something we should all be proud of. The building, gym and other facilities are top. Delicious food and room service, quiet rooms, huge lobby, great seating areas, massive parking, and many restaurants to dine in. The outdoor facilities are also top.

I usually don’t rate but what I’ve experienced and seen in the last 24 hours forced me to write down about this lovely night I spent in Crowne Plaza RDC. I had a luxurious experience during my stay, the lobby was huge and professionally designed to release negative energy, the staff were really professional (The reception, concierge, laundry, etc…), also they have a feature that I’ve never seen before, they have a robot that collects your delivery orders and bring it to your room and it also says funny jokes. The room was very clean and tidy and the view at night is very amazing. To conclude, I’d like to sincerely thank all of: - Sadeem: for her fast, intelligent, and professional service that she provided to me for the check-in. - Nassar: for his kindness and awesome sense of humour. - Hatoon: for representing the Crowne Plaza Hotel RDC professionally and for being very welcoming. - Lal Chand: for providing a fantastic concierge service and managing me a very fast and smooth check out. Thanks Crowne Plaza RDC, It’s definitely not gonna be my last visit.

An unforgettable experience! Nazar at reception went above and beyond, assisting me with a wheelchair to the medical center after I injured my ankle at the fair. Manager Rawan Altamimi welcomed us with great professionalism and genuine care. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel — we will definitely be back! Impeccable room cleanliness and extremely kind housekeeping staff. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at Crowne Plaza RDC, thanks to the outstanding service of Huton and Bshayer at reception. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out to fit our conference schedule at another hotel. Their professionalism truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the facilities and the rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything that you might need.

big room, nice view, friendly staff, the pool was not crowded (I read old reviews, but now there aren't any limits anymore, women can also go to the pool and wear a regular bathing suit)

It is huge and almost mall-like. Centrally located. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Love the outdoor Tea Room. Special recognition and appreciation must be conveyed. I had an issue at checkout, which was really unexpected and unprofessional. To be honest, this is a very rare case and I never experienced the same at this hotel. Spoke to the person in-charge then (Mr. Khaled Hafneh), and he was very quick in resolution; he apologized, promised to fix the problem, and immediately took an executive action to handle my car trip. This is really what a manager should do in the hospitality sector. I will always come back.
